| Description: | Join the dynamic staff of the Upper Main Line Y's Wellness Center. We recently opened a state-of-the-art, 8,000sq ft wellness center with top of the line Precor and FitLinxx equipment. The Wellness supervisor trains and supervises staff on any given shift; orients and assists members in the use of the fitness equipment; maintains safety and helps the members in their fitness needs; promotes the mission statement of the Y to the members and works effectively with staff.
Work 20 hours/week, a variety of shifts. Must have the flexibility to work some nights and some weekends.

| Qualifications: | Minimum 18 years of age
2+ years previous wellness or fitness experience
1 year previous supervisory experience
Ability to work with a team and engage members
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Proficiency with Windows or other fitness related program
Current CPR/AED/FA certification
Some college or college degree preferred.
Personal training certifications preferred. |
