| Description: | If you're a positive, enthusiastic, customer service oriented people-person, consider joining the dedicated Welcome Center staff at the Lionville Community Y. You'll work at our membership desk welcoming members, conducting facility tours, selling memberships and programs, and building relationships with the community. Excellent Customer Service is our top priority and to provide that you will become thorughly knowledgeable of Y protocols, procedures, programs and activities.
Work Mon., Wed., Fri., 10:00AM-6:00PM

| Qualifications: | BA/BS or comparable work experience.
Excellent customer service skills required;
The Welcome Center is the hub of all Y activities, so excellent communications skills are essential to desseminate information to both members and staff.
Must be a multi-tasker, well-organized with good computer skills.
