| Description: | We are looking for motivated, friendly, out-going individuals with a strong interest in fitness and health to join the staff in our new well-equipped 8500 sq.ft Wellness Center. Recently voted top in PhillyFit Magazine readers poll for "Fittest" Health Club.
Wellness Associates build relationships with members, orienting and assisting them in the use of the fitness equipment; work together to maintain a clean and safe workout environment for members and promote the mission statement of the Y to the members. The successful candidate will receive training.

| Qualifications: | HS Graduate/GED, must have knowledge of basic fitness techniques, current CPR/AED certification, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and high level of organizational skills. Experience in a fitness environment, YMCA program certifications and some college preferred.
